SUNICUT 2022-2032Chlorine free cutting oil, which can be used for easy to moderate machining work such as turing, drilling and milling on non-ferrous and light metals, as well as for the conventional free-cutting steel grades. SUNICUT 2022 and SUNICUT 2032 ensure a good lubricating and cooling effect, which favourably influences the tool service life, cutting speed, surface finish and dimensional accuracy of the finished pieces.

SUNICUT 3022-3046
Chlorine free cutting oils, which can be used for machining work such as turning, drilling and milling all grades of steel. SUNICUT 3022 and SUNICUT 3046 ensure an excellent lubricating and cooling effect, which favourably influences the tool service life, cutting speed, surface finish and dimensional accuracy of the finished pieces. SUNICUT 3022 and SUNICUT 3046 are not suitable for non-ferrous metals. For operations on non-ferrous metals our SUNICUT 2022 is recommended. SUNICUT 3046 is suitable for both the lubrication of the cutting operation and for the lubrication of the machine.

SUNIBRO 22
Chlorine free, highly additised broaching oil. Broaches well and forms a pressure resistant film on the broaching tool, which results in prolonged tool life.
SUNIHON
SUNIHON is based on oils with good suspension properties. The low viscosity ensures the immediate removal of the small chips that are formed, important because even the smallest particles in suspension can scratch the workpiece. In order to achieve good cutting performance, the lubricant is formulated with chlorine free, active cutting additives, while the low viscosity ensures excellent cooling and rinsing properties.
SUNITAP 75
Chlorine free cutting oil, which can be used for tapping and threading all grades of steel. SUNITAP 75 is not suitable for non-ferrous metals. For threading machines, which require a thinner cutting oil because of the pump system, we recommend our SUNICUT 3022.
SUNIDRAW
Universal, chlorine free deep drawing lubricant for machining metal sheets of ferrous metals. The product is based on mineral oil, reinforced with high pressure additives, fatty substances as well as anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation additives.
SUNGRIND
Fully high concentrated grinding oil for all severe grinding operations on hard steel such as grinding of drilling and milling equipment, grinding on bearing houses, grinding of journals and grinding of tooth- and worm wheels.

Biostatic, fully synthetic grinding coolant, which does not contain nitrite, nitrate or mineral oil. SUNICOOL S is suitable for grinding operations on ferrous- and non-ferrous materials.
SUNICOOL N
Biostatic, fully synthetic grinding coolant, which does not contain nitrite, nitrate or mineral oil. SUNICOOL N is suitable for grinding operations on ferrous- and non-ferrous materials.
SUNICOOL A
Biostable, di- and tri-ethanolamine free emulsifying part synthetic metalworking fluid, which forms in water a transparant ice blue like micro-emulsion. Because of its combined cooling and lubricating properties, SUNICOOL A gives excellent results on all chip removal operations such as turning, milling and drilling. Sunicool A is suitable for use on ferro and non-ferro, stainless steel alloys, cast iron and aluminium.
SUNICOOL K
Biostable free emulsifying part synthetic metalworking fluid for all chip removal operations. SUNICOOL K is suitable for use on ferro and non-ferro metals, stainless steel alloys, cast iron and aluminium. This specially and in combination with working tools in CNC applications.
SUNICOOL M
Biostable, di- and tri-ethanolamine free emulsifying metalworking fluid with extreme EP properties. SUNICOOL M has been developed as a universal fluid for all cutting operations on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. SUNICOOL M is also suitable for applications on aluminium.
SECO 4020
Economy type emulsifying cutting oil for universal purposes (ferrous and non-ferrous operations).
SECO X-80
Economy type emulsifying cutting oil for universal purposes (ferrous and non-ferrous operations). SECO X-80 is specially developed for heavy applications on metal.
