Transport Instructions
In order to enable smooth deliveries, please give following guidelines to your transporter.
After receipt of your order, you will receive an orderconfirmation with an order reference number (type: 314010xxxx). Well before every lifting, please contact our shipping department to fix a lifting date :

Bulk Orders (Loading in Hemiksem)
Before driving to gantry, present yourself at reception desk. Tank trucks should present themselves clean & dry at our plant in Hemiksem for loading:
without custom clearance
Monday – Friday: 08.00 – 12.00 / 12.30 – 15.00
if custom clearance is involved
Monday – Friday: 08.00 – 12.00 / 12.30 – 14.30
Packed Goods Orders
If loading in Hemiksem or Aartselaar
without custom clearance:
Monday – Friday: 08.00 – 12.00 / 12.30 – 15.00 (means, in, at second loading place)
if custom clearance is involved or if a great number of small packings should be loaded:
Monday – Friday: 08.00 – 12.00 / 12.30 – 14.30 (means, in, at second loading place)
In case of combined loadings (Aartselaar & Hemiksem) and if custom clearance is involved: load first in Aartselaar, then load in Hemiksem. The Custom Clearance Office is in Hemiksem. (Truck should be present in Hemiksem before 14.30 h)
To allow us to load the correct goods and to identify your forwarder, please ask the truck driver always to mention the Petronas order reference number (314010xxxx) when he presents himself at our plant.
